The bags in the R-PET product group look like bags made of standard, Non-Woven
PP-material. But there‘s a lot more to them than that – namely, lots of old PET bottles.
The empty bottles are collected, cleaned and shredded. Finally, the material is melted and
processed into a Non-Woven fleece, which is used to make the Joytex® R-PET bags. The
method is especially energy-saving, because there is no need to process oil into poly-
mers. Joytex®‘s high quality standards ensure that these bags are long-lasting, a sturdy
advertising medium for your brand.

Yes, we can screen print your bags with up to 6 colours. If you want to implement an elaborate colour motif, we also offer transfer printing – this is how your design is perfectly accentuated.

Yes, cotton bags that are screen-printed can generally be washed. However, since untreated cotton can shrink when machine washed at 30°C or above, we recommend hand washing them in lukewarm water to keep your bag looking good for longer!

Yes, almost all of our bags are OEKO-TEX® certified. We even offer bags with the OEKO-TEX® Made in Green certification. Even our basic range is manufactured to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 quality, with a minimum weight of 140 g/m². Some of our top sellers even impress with 150 g/m² – quality that really pays off!
